This page describes how the site is managed with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it. This information is also provided pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196 called Code regarding the processing of personal data to those who interact with Claudio Rossi’s web services, accessible electronically from the www.eurosoftlab.com address, corresponding to the home page of the official website.
The information is provided only for the Claudio Rossi website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. The information is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.
The Data Controller
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The data controller is Claudio Rossi, with registered office in Via U. Giordano, 10 – 47922 Rimini (RN).
Data Processors
As provided for in the information referred to in Article 13, paragraph 1 – letter f of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, “When the data controller has designated more than one data processor, at least one of them shall be indicated, indicating the website of the communication network or the methods through which the updated list of data processors is easily available“. Place of data processing
The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the Data Controller and is only handled by technical staff of the Office in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who submit requests for information material (brochures, leaflets, formulation of estimates, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or performance requested and are not communicated to third parties.
Types of data processed
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (internet domain and IP protocol, type of browser and operating system of the computer used, date, time and time spent on the site, pages viewed, any search engine from which you entered the site).
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the system and the user’s IT environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
Information collected automatically can be used by Claudio Rossi to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical IT crimes against the website, to improve navigation and contents of the website.
Except for the possibility of using the data for the ascertainment of liability, at present the data on web contacts does not remain stored for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. We specify that personal and/or corporate data inserted in the forms on the www.eurosoftlab.com site is protected by Claudio Rossi and used only to answer user queries, to provide requested information or to contact the user regarding the services provided or for any promotions and/or offers.
Optional nature of data provision
Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data in communications directed to Claudio Rossi.
The provision of personal data and the related consent to the processing is necessary in order to use the services offered.
Failure to provide consent to the processing or subsequent revocation will result in the cancellation of the request with the consequent cancellation from the services offered by the site.
Processing methods
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. We inform you that, in order to provide a complete service, there are links to other websites managed by other owners. We decline any responsibility in the event of errors, contents, cookies, publications of illegal immoral content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with the regulations in force and compliance with the Privacy legislation by sites not managed by us to which reference is made.
Communication of data
The personal data provided may be communicated to:
- Public bodies in compliance with laws, regulations and EU legislation
- Transferred abroad with the user’s consent and within the limits set out in articles 42 and 43 of Legislative Decree no. 196
Rights of the data subjects
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration, updating, or correction (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – reported in full).
Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing. Requests should also be sent to the Data Controller using the references indicated above.
In relation to the above processing, the user may exercise the rights referred to in Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the full text of which is reported below:
“1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The data subject shall have the right to obtain information:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
d) the identification details of the data controller, the data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge of the processing.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, correction or, when interested, the integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
